Tuition Includes: Laundry, camp’s calendar The Keylog, medical care as noted below, and most wilderness tripping fees (exceptions are 8th and 9th grade Big Trips to Isle Royale National Park or Quetico Provincial Park, Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, Sleeping Giant Provincial Park, Apostle Islands Sea Kayaking).

Medical Care: Tuition covers the cost of most procedures, medicine, and treatments rendered by our doctors and nurses in camp’s health center.  Parents cover the cost of prescriptions, treating pre-existing conditions, or those which, in our physician’s opinion, require off-premises consultation or hospitalization.

It is our philosophy that camp tuition should be a complete package that covers all costs that apply to the majority of campers. This is why, unlike many other camps, we don’t charge an additional fee for the above mentioned items. The only additional fees that will be charged to the camper spending money account are for optional or discretionary items that apply to only a subset of our campers, such as camp store purchases, Chicago or Minneapolis bus, Dairy Queen trips, and the previously mentioned wilderness trips. For 8-week campers, we provide a continuous program between sessions; we do not ask parents to come visit camp and pick up their campers between sessions.
